Expect this film to last 6 months to 1 year indoors depending on the level of foot traffic.
- 3M™ Scotchcal™ Overlaminate 8509 is a 3 mil economically priced overlaminating film with a luster finish. This material is UL approved for providing slip resistance on floors and protects graphics from moisture, abrasion and UV.
- 3M™ Scotchcal™ Luster Overlaminate 3645. This tough overlaminate offers skid and scuff resistance as well as durability for floor graphics, allowing scrubbing, cleaning and waxing during routine floor maintenance.
- 3M™ Envision™ Print Film 48C-20R is a 3.3 mil non-PVC (vinyl) providing a “greener” floor marking alternative. This material can be paired with either a gloss 3M™ Envision™ Overlaminate 8048G or matte 3M™ Envision™ Overlaminate 8050M non-PVC (vinyl) to provide protection and slip resistance to graphics. This film’s performance life ranges between 3 months to 1 year when used for indoor floor graphics applications depending upon traffic.
- 3M™ IJ160 and IJ160C is a 4 mil, opaque white, matte vinyl floor graphic material providing outstanding resistance to direct and other environmental factors. This material has an expected 1 year performance life when used with horizontal indoor applications. 3M™Scotchal ™ Luster Overlaminate 8509, 3M™ Scotchcal™ Luster Overlaminate 3645 and 3M(MT) Envision™ Matte Overlaminate 8050M are the recommended overlaminating films to use with this material.
