Process Engineer: This position is responsible for process optimization, methods improvements, and application of the Corporate Quality program to the operations of the coating plant. This responsibility includes improving overall productivity, and incorporating processes and methods which will assure the consistent production of products to meet or exceed required specification.In addition this position, under the general direction of the Coating Engineering Manager, is responsible for the Tekra environmental and Hazardous waste programs. 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am) are positions available. Coating Supervisor-3rd shift: The coating supervisor is responsible for working with and direct operators in the production of quality product while maintaining strict adherence to safety and environmental compliance.This position works with other supervisors across shifts to maintain an environment of safety, quality, productivity, low-cost and the continuous improvement of coating employees and the coating process. Converting Machine Operator-3rd Shift (10 am - 7pm): The Converting Machine Operator will efficiently set up and operate one piece of converting equipment, such as the Beck, Clark Aiken power cutter, and the industrial laminator to produce materials within specified tolerances and quality standards. Cost Financial Analyst: The Cost Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial information and support to the EIS Fabrication & Coating division. This position will determine product costs, review manufacturing variances, conduct financial analyses, monitor expense levels and manage/support projects within the Fabrication & Coating facilities.
