Trient specializes in rotary die cutting for a variety of industries including medical, automotive, electronics and general industrial. Our die cutting process works well for a variety of applications such as EMI/RFI shielding, street signs, construction barricades, gaskets, cushioning, electrical insulation and various adhesives.
Rotary Die Cut Adhesive Tapes and Foams
We can die cut a variety of materials that come in rolls including adhesive transfer tapes, double-sided tapes, foams, polyimides, electrically conductive adhesives, thermally conductive adhesives, foils, liners, polyesters, polycarbonates and more. Trient is a 3M Preferred Converter and is ISO 9001 Certified.
We can die cut in thicknesses up to 30 mils with widths up to 24”. We can Die Cut Individual pieces or die cut in roll form.
Trient’s Die-Cut Capabilities include design assistance, prototyping, short production runs, high volume production and inspection. We also offer 100% inspection if needed.
In addition to Rotary Die Cutting, Trient offers other services such as slitting, rewind finishing, custom packaging, consulting, prototyping, packaging, assembly & fulfillment, and inventory management.
Trient has a strict reliance on Just-In-Time/Kan Ban inventory management system that quickens output and eliminates obsolescence.
