Trient is experienced and knowledgeable at providing clean room manufacturing for the automotive and medical industry. Clean rooms are designed to control airborne contaminates, which could negatively affect the product.
The current rigid-wall 20’ x 50’ ISO Class 7 Clean Room offers La-Pro Series HEPA filters and motorized T-grid ceiling modules, and is in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Standards.
Our Clean Room offers a climate-controlled environment. It is fully air conditioned or heated so the environment can maintain consistent temperature for production and storage.
Clean Room Rotary Die Cutting
We offer clean room die cutting for materials that include adhesives, tapes, foams and foils. In addition to two die-cut presses, our clean room offers a burst tester and ionization gun. We also offer an 11’ by 17’ storage area.
