VALOX™ is a flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate film offering good temperature resistance and excellent dielectric strength. VALOX™ film is available in a polished/matte surface and in translucent white or black colors. With its low moisture absorption and excellent chemical resistance, VALOX™ is commonly used for laminated EMI/RFI shields. VALOX™ film’s outstanding dielectric strength and ease of fabrication makes it very suitable for a wide range of applications in the electronics industry, including disk drive insulation and other components requiring barrier insulation.
