Enclosed in a temperature-controlled environment, our clean room is ISO class 7 certified, housing our two rotary die cutters, burst tester, ionization gun and 11’x17’ storage area. With air filtration ensuring 99.7% of particles larger than .3 microns are removed, we can produce optically clear materials, foams, foils, adhesives and tapes to the medical market with confidence.
In addition to temperature and filtration, the room is humidity controlled, and you will find our personnel running the machines in full gowning, preventing oils, shedding and other contamination. While consistently supplying medical-grade cleanliness to the market, we also know precision is just as important. With roll-to-roll die cutting up to 10” wide, and up to 7 die cutting stations, we can provide the medical market with applications that range from membrane switch overlays to wearable adhesives and everything in between.
All these precautions, along with our extreme attention to detail and processes has awarded not only an ISO certification for our clean room, but also ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certifications for both ‘medical devices’ and ‘processes and continuous improvement’.
