MELINEX® FR240

MELINEX® FR240 is a novel halogen-free, low haze, VTM-0 flame retardant PET polyester film from DuPont Teijin Films™. MELINEX® FR240 provides improved safety by combining VTM-0 flame retardancy with inherent PET polyester film properties. It is untreated on both sides, while its counterpart MELINEX® FR241 has one side pretreated for adhesion promotion. The untreated MELINEX® FR240 has received VTM-0 flame rating certification from UL’s UL94 Standard for Tests for Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts in Devices and Appliances.
