ProTek® Premium Protective Hardcoat Films

OEM demands are ever increasing, requiring higher optical quality or processing performance. This is what ProTek, a premium protective hardcoat, offers. Designed to complement the Marnot film coating line, ProTek films provide another option for the customers who need the most from the coatings they use.

ProTek® products include:

Fine Texture Polyester: Light texture with abrasion, scratch and chemical resistance. Is embossable and die-cuttable.  Is able to accept multiple passes of UV inks.

Satin Texture Polyester: Heavy texture with abrasion, scratch and chemical resistance. Is embossable and die-cuttable.  Is able to accept multiple passes of UV inks.

Weatherable Clear Polyester: UV resistant to over 2000 hours in Xenon Arc chambers. Abrasion and chemical resistance. Is embossable and die-cuttable.  Is able to accept multiple passes of UV inks.

Flame Retardant Clear Polycarbonate: Is abrasion, scratch and chemical resistant.  Is embossable and die-cuttable.  Base film is UL VTM-0 rated.
