Polyester Films for Face Shields

Polyester films from DuPont Teijin Films®  provide high quality solutions to the medical face shield marketplace.   Whether it is polyester film for low end disposable face shields or a high end surgical mask requiring anti-fog or anti-glare properties, Tekra has a film to fit your need.  Tekra's core line of commercial products for use in face shields includes:

Melinex®  516D - 640 gauge: a high clarity film that is two side slip treated to combine good handling with high clarity and brilliance.  Your baseline film for face shields.

Melinex®  454  - 700 gauge: an excellent handling, high clarity film with both sides pre-treated to promote adhesion to most printing inks.  Also used when printing on a shield is needed.

Melinex®  AF - 650 gauge: a clear polyester film coated both sides with an anti-fog coating that provides splash protection and reduced fogging.

Melinex®  AG2 - 450 gauge: a clear polyester film coated on both sides for anti-fog and anti-glare performance.  The film provides splash protection, reduced fogging and reduced eye fatigue.
