Tekra specializes in custom slitting, sheeting and laminating 3M adhesives and other materials to meet exact customer needs.

Our in-house laminating department will add or remove secondary liners, apply over-laminates, and add or remove masking - to name but a few services. Laminations may be applied to a variety of substrates available through Tekra, such as polyester from DuPont Teijin Films or polycarbonate from Bayer Films Americas. Or, through our toll-converting lamination services, Tekra will apply adhesives to customer-supplied materials.

We are set up to run roll-to-roll laminations in gauges from 0.00048 to 0.03. Forty inch diameter rolls, with widths ranging from 15 to 56 inches, are comfortably within our laminating capacity.

Custom white room laminations, combining any variation of substrates, adhesives and liners are a particular Tekra specialty.
